BIOGRAPHY

Alisa Matthews is the 2008 World Yoga Champion of the International Bishnu Charan Ghosh Cup. She is also a certified yoga instructor and personal trainer.
Alisa was a professional ballet dancer with, amongst other organizations, the Kirov Academy of Ballet, ARKA Ballet, and Colorado Ballet. As the World Yoga Champion, Alisa organized a tour to USA, Europe, and Asia, coaching and inspiring students to be the best that they could be in their personal yoga practice. Alisa trains athletes to their full capability using yoga combined with fitness training.
