I am a professional dancer/model with experience in fashion shows, photo shoots, television, commercials, showroom and live stage. I think ballet is the best conditioning for my body but I love all forms of dance to keep fit and express myself, running, swimming, pilates and yoga. I think it is very important to look after your body but enjoy it too.
