Our mission is to build the most comprehensive Sports & Fitness location library known to man. From Football Stadia to Spas, Gymnasiums to Racecourses we will be scouring the globe to bring you unique venues to match your requirements. We can offer you 2 services – Library or Scouting. Here’s a brief run-down on both… LIBRARY Access our pre-located venues online. We have already done the groundwork to source some fabulous locations and can tell you all about them including providing imagery, video (in some cases), list of facilities, restrictions, getting there, Location hire fees (which we negotiate for you), quirks, film history and so on. You’ll still probably want to make a recce, no problem, we’ll arrange that too. Once you wish to confirm the booking, we’ll need a Deposit, a Booking Fee (see below), proof of Public Liability Insurance cover, Filming schedules, movement orders and call sheets plus Risk Assessments and Health and Safety documents, where relevant. Booking Fees (paid in advance) Filming - £250 Photographic Stills (Advertising) - £175 Photographic Stills (Editorial) - £125 SCOUTING If you haven’t found your ideal venue and would like something really unique but haven’t got the time to look, let us search for you. Through our limitless networks and simply knowing where to look based upon a full understanding of what you are looking for no-one is best placed to help. To book a Location Scout we simply charge a flat rate and will provide you with dossiers, imagery and expert knowledge of suitable locations.
